AP teams in enterprise finance don't resist automation because they're change-averse. They resist it because their work carries real financial consequence. This project was about earning a place inside workflows built over decades, not replacing them.
Lead Product Designer
Enterprise websites carry years of content that users cannot find. Webless embeds AI-powered search directly on client websites so users get a direct answer instead of a list of pages. Two parallel workstreams over six months: the end-user search experience, and the admin panel that gave enterprise teams visibility and control over what the AI said on their behalf.
UX Design Consultant, end to end
Same feature, different thinking. When crypto markets were down and users were hesitating, the brief was to build a trigger. The real work was figuring out what a user needs to feel before they pull it. Built in two weeks, it opened the product direction for three follow-on features.

Designed a crypto gifting experience that turned a transactional feature into an emotional moment. From digital flows to physical card explorations, the work proved that feeling special is a product strategy, not a decoration.
